The ANKY® Saddles are made in Argentina by excellent craftsmen and true experts when it comes to saddle making. The saddles are provided with latest available technology and are therefore ensured of great comfort and quality.
Flexible carbon fibre saddle tree
ANKY® saddles are equipped with flexible carbon fibre spring trees. This brings a new dimension of intimacy with your horse. The spring trees are moulded with polymers specially designed by DuPont® for this purpose. They provide a greater feeling of contact as the horse moves.
A ANKY® saddle adjusts perfectly to the back of the horse and to the built of the rider. It allows an unbelievable contact between both of them, becoming One!
This is due to the correct anatomical design of the tree which is perfect both for the horse and for the rider. Every ANKY® saddle encourages the rider to find his/her perfect balance.
The ANKY® Saddles are equiped with the new interchangeable gullet plate X-Change® system. The rider can modify the width of the tree using any of the five interchangeable gullet plates with only a screwdriver. It is really that simple!
This system does not change the integrity or look of the saddle. A saddle with a wide gullet plate fits and looks exactly like a standard tree with the same size gullet. The tree can perfectly adapt itself to the withers and back of any horse. The tree size can be changed from Narrow up to Extra-Wide. Gullet plates are codified in various colours for its rapid differentiation.
Saddles are made with a Medium gullet plate. Additional measurements are available separately: Narrow, Medium, Medium/Wide, Extra Wide).
The anatomical design of the tree adapts itself to the horse by means of the panels, allowing a perfect union with the rider.
AMS® is the exclusive RD system. Until now, wool and synthetic wool flocking bunched up in the panels and caused hot spots or produced uneven pressure.
AMS® system is a two layer design: synthetic wool and a breathable neoprene layer are combined. The AMS® system eliminates pressure hot spots by dispersing the pressure within the panel over the breathable neoprene layer.
The saddles can be re-flocked as desired in the traditional manner.
