How do I change my delivery address?

If your order is completed successfully, it is only possible to have the delivery address adjusted by a customer service representative. Please contact us by e-mail, customerservice@anky-atc.com.

It is also possible to change your delivery address at DHL or to have your package delivered to a DHL ServicePoint or to the neighbours.

Who delivers my order?

DHL delivers the order at home or at a DHL ServicePoint. In the Netherlands you can select the day of the week and  time you require to receive your package.

You will receive a shipping confirmation by e-mail with a DHL Track & Trace code, with which you can track the shipment via www.dhl.com/en/country_profile.html

If you have not received the shipping confirmation as soon as your package is packed, please check if it is not blocked by the spam filter. We advise you to check your spam filter settings and adjust them if necessary.

If the DHL delivery person does not find you at home and the package cannot be delivered to the neighbours, the delivery person will leave you a yellow card. Make a new delivery appointment with use of your delivery code and zip code. Choose to pick up your package at a DHL ServicePoint, deliver it to your neighbours or at home on a different delivery time or day. It is possible to change the day on the day you receive the card.

If you choose to pick up at a DHL ServicePoint, you can pick up the package the next day. As soon as your package is delivered, you will receive an email with a link to the address and opening hours of the DHL ServicePoint where you want to collect your package.

How do I track my order?

You can track your order in your account. Here you can see if your order has already left the warehouse. As soon as this happens you will receive a Track & Trace code from DHL with which you can track your shipment and you can see when the delivery person will deliver your package via www.dhl.com/en/country_profile.html.

What do I do if the order is not delivered?

You can track your shipment with the DHL Track & Trace code you received, via www.dhl.com/en/country_profile.html You can see here if your package delivery is delayed.

If you have questions or your package has not been delivered 1-2 days later, please contact our customer service, customerservice@anky-atc.com.

What do I do if the delivered order is incomplete?

It is possible that something goes wrong with an order. We will inform you about this if we cannot restore it anymore.

If you have not received a message from us and something is not right with the shipment, please contact our customer service within 48 hours of receipt, customerservice@anky-atc.com or via the contact form.

What happens to my order if I refuse it or if I do not pick it up at a DHL ServicePoint?
